This channel aims at synchronising the individual and universal consciousness by nurturing our adoring Mother Earth through servant leadership. 

We have coined and created the Mother Earth Lightworkers (MEL) leadership style. This is a hybrid model that combines biodiversity stewardship and servant leadership that are gently linked together, for they work complementarily and are indispensable in the 21st-century VUCA.

The greatest lessons can be learnt from our Mother Nature and can be role-modelled both in life and in servant leadership.
