AniForge Production Suite

AniForge started because I spend a lot of time working on channels that tell original 2D stories, and I got tired of doing the same production steps over and over.

The idea is simple. Keep the creative decisions in the hands of the person making the story, but make the repetitive parts easier to manage. AniForge helps with scripting, narration, subtitles, character and location references, scene planning, image generation, optional animation, music, audio, and putting everything together into a finished video.

This isn’t meant to make the story for you automatically. Long-form stories can involve hundreds or even thousands of small tasks, and I wanted one place to organize them.

AniForge is being built as a desktop production suite and uses the creator’s own Fal.ai API key for generation costs. This channel is where I’ll show what I built, explain the workflow, and eventually help other creators use it for their own original 2D stories.
