This Is What Deciding Looks Like

For the people working harder than anyone they know and still living the same year on repeat.

I'm Angie Bee 🐝

Creator of the 5 Stages of Identity and The I Decided Method™. Two decades in mental health and social work taught me how the "stuck" cycle actually works.

Then I lived it: from a "lost cause" addict on rental assistance to multiple homes, 6-figure investments, and a life built entirely on my own terms.

It was never your effort. It was your identity. And identity can be decided.

Here you'll learn:
Why your brain keeps you in the same patterns, and how to rewire them
How to stop self-sabotaging the goals you keep setting
How to decide who you are before the evidence exists, and build a big f*cking life from there

This is where self-help ends and identity work begins. No toxic positivity. No fluff.

Just brain science, real stories, and unapologetic truth.
