I spent two decades teaching New York how to move. Trainer, author of Intrinsic Strength Training, People Magazine's Sexiest Trainer Alive in 2015. Then I left the city and bought a farm.

Now I grow blackberries commercially in Hammonton, New Jersey, and this channel is the real work of it: weather, pests, disease, inspections, food safety, buyers, labor, equipment, and the logistics of getting fruit off a cane and onto a shelf. You'll also see how we turn the crop into products like Laurelette's Blackberry Tea, and the farms we build for other people.

Twenty years of functional training taught me how the body should work. Farming is where I use all of it, every day.
