I created this YouTube channel as a late diagnosed ADHDer who is on the journey to an AuDHD diagnosis. Struggling with anxiety and depression since college, it wasn't until I was married with two children that I was diagnosed with bipolar II and ADHD. Upon a thorough plunge down many a rabbit hole, the more I became convinced that my bipolar diagnosis was dodgy, and that I should be looking at an AuDHD diagnosis. Both my psychiatrist and primary care doctor have listened, and I go for my first appointment for testing on December 17th. 

In addition to discussing my journey to an official diagnosis, I will also share stories related to mental health; marriage; parenting a child with ADHD and anxiety, and parenting a child with Down syndrome.
