ANANDA YOGA SHALA

Welcome to Ananda Yoga Shala, a space where I, Bhargava Krishna K., bring together my 7 years of experience as a yoga therapist, working both in India and Vietnam. With a strong academic foundation in Yoga Therapy (B.Sc. & M.Sc.), along with certifications in nutrition, acupressure, and yoga training, I have developed a holistic approach to health and wellness.

At Ananda Yoga Shala, I focus on:

Offering personalized yoga practices to improve physical and mental health.

Creating diet plans tailored to individual health needs.

Using acupressure techniques for regular health improvement.

Combining traditional and modern yoga practices to address lifestyle-related issues effectively.

Whether you are just starting or are an experienced practitioner, my aim is to guide you toward a healthier, balanced, and more fulfilling life. Join me on this journey of transformation, and let’s embrace wellness together!
