Analytic Fitness

Welcome.

I believe that reaching 50 is not a "stopping point," but rather the start of a new and smarter strategy.

Who am I?

I am a retired officer who served for many years in the Gendarmerie General Command. I have been practicing fitness at an instructor level for 20 years. Throughout my career, I saw firsthand that "being prepared" and "thinking strategically" save lives. Now, I combine this analytical discipline with my life's greatest passion: fitness and healthy living.

What is Analitic Fitness?

You can find thousands of fitness channels on YouTube. However, here you won't find "empty motivation" or "random workouts."

For me, fitness is not a hobby—it is a matter of "readiness." If you, too, are in your 40s, 50s, or beyond and want to become a more vibrant, stronger individual who is the sovereign of their own body, you are in the right place.

We are starting anew.
