A moms life with Becky

Hey, I’m Becky 💜

Wife | Mom of 3 | Lost 100+ lbs | Clean Living

I’m sharing my REAL life — the good, the messy, and everything in between. From my weight-loss journey and getting back in shape to clean living, motherhood, and what I learned while healing my gut.

After completely screwing up my gut with dirty keto, I spent months trying to figure out what the hell happened and how to feel normal again. I finally put my story and what helped me into a FREE Gut Healing Guide.

💜 Grab my FREE Gut Healing Guide from the link on my channel.

Subscribe and follow along — I’m still figuring life out right along with you. 😁

Not medical advice. I’m simply sharing my personal experience and what worked for me.
