“Parenting isn’t easy for any of us. We are facing a pandemic of disconnection from our kids. Something isn’t working. Our kids are sadder than any other generation in history. They don’t want to spend time with us or even look up from their screens half of the time; we all want to see our children thrive; but as a generation we are struggling. We don’t need to. Just a few small tweaks can change everything, fast!
Amiee provides research-backed strategies, personal anecdotes, and interactive exercises that encourage parents to reflect on their own personal parenting style and to make easy, meaningful changes.
