This is the official Youtube Channel of Robert Shetterly's Americans Who Tell the Truth project. The Americans Who Tell the Truth (AWTT) portraits and narratives highlight citizens who courageously address issues of social, environmental, and economic fairness. By combining art and other media, AWTT offers resources to inspire a new generation of engaged Americans who will act for the common good, our communities, and the Earth.

AWTT works with schools to ensure that future generations of Americans understand the value and tools of engaged citizenship. The Samantha Smith Challenge, launched by AWTT in 2014-2015, is a program through which students can address challenges and problems in their communities and the world.
