Amalenime Shakti Yoga

Amalenime is the symbolic name that Elsa Ferreira uses to represent the seeds of kindness and equanimity that she has carried with great purpose ever since she learned to trust the process of life.

Shakti is the essence that evokes purifying feminine energy.

Yoga is the vehicle she uses to transform her Being.

She is a Yoga teacher (RYT500) registered with the Yoga Alliance USA. Health Coach at Edge Yoga School, Mind-Body Academy, Illinois. Insight Timer Meditation teacher. Organizer of Women's Circles and Retreats.

Her In Crescendo Yoga & Meditation project has a holistic, inclusive vision that: "Yoga is for Everyone". Starting from the "sacred space" she created for herself in the most difficult times, she helps and teaches to create "sacred spaces".

Styles offered: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Gentle Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Seniors.

Yoga is Breath, if you breathe it is Yoga!
