I am a top European female surfer who grew up on the Gower in Wales. I’m a European, British, and English national champion, and I have represented Team GB at UK and international competitions. I’ve also reached three finals in the International Grom Search alongside some of the world’s best young surfers.
I’m a three-time Porsche Cold Waves Poland Champion and have multiple podium finishes in European WSL QS events. 🏄‍♀️🌊

While travelling the world competing and surfing, I discovered a real love for Pilates. It quickly became one of my favourite ways to stay strong, mobile, and balanced outside of the water. That’s what inspired me to create Surf Pilates sessions designed specifically for surfers and ocean lovers who want to move well, feel good, and improve their surf strength when they’re not in the sea. 🌊🏄‍♀️✨
