She uses over 22 years of real estate experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and natural empathy as a family caregiver to achieve maximum benefits for each client.

Allison began her real estate career in 2004 and in late 2005 founded Key Real Estate Services as an independent brokerage providing start-to-finish, client-focused services.  In 2020, she sharpened that focus to emphasize her work as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  As a certified SRES® since 2014, Allison provides essential services to long-time homeowners, their families, and estate executors to downsize, relocate, or age in place safely and comfortably.
