Reggie Mention

You can be the person everyone depends on and still overlook what pressure is costing you.

You keep showing up. You make hard decisions. You get things done.

But when urgency, fear, or a familiar reaction takes the lead, do you recognize what's driving it?

I'm Reggie Mention, and this is Aligned Under Pressure.

My work starts with a simple idea: visible behavior is not sufficient information.

Through emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and self-leadership, I explore the internal states shaping how we respond at work, in relationships, and in our own lives.

My governing principle is STATE BEFORE SIGNAL: recognize and regulate your internal state so you have more room to choose your response.

This perspective draws on more than 20 years of self-development, professional leadership, and lived experience navigating anxiety and depression.

Subscribe to explore the pattern beneath the reaction.

Regulate the state. Then choose the signal.
