Algo Uncut

Expert Advisors (EAs) and algorithmic trading — without the sales pitch.

I'm Chris. Since 2021 I've spent roughly $30,000 (my own estimate) on courses, prop firm challenges and trading bots, and learned the hard way that a great backtest proves very little. Here I show what I check before an EA gets anywhere near my money: backtest vs. live signal, equity vs. balance, curve-fitting, prop firm rules — and why one EA is not a portfolio.

No signals, no holy grail, no profit promises.

Disclosure: I'm the founder of ArcanGuard, a tool for analysing EAs. Partnership: none at the moment — if that changes, I'll say so in the video.
