Alexandra Muennich - Career Partner

Hi there!
I am Alex, a TA Partner with almost 10 years of hiring across Europe and the US, mostly for B2B SaaS companies in GTM, Product, Marketing and Operations. I've read thousands of CVs and sat in the rooms where hiring decisions get made.

On this channel I share what I see from the recruiter's side: why good candidates get skipped, how to position yourself for the roles you actually want, and what happens to your application after you hit send. Unscripted and practical.

New videos regularly. If you want help with your own search, you can book a session at alexandramuennich.com
