Fishing and hunting, weight loss without a diet.

Greetings to all visitors of my channel. Here I want to tell and show everyone interested how I lose excess weight from May to October, gained during the fierce Yakut winter, sitting at a super computer monitor, solving complex tasks of visualizing physical processes in the field of aero and hydrodynamics, how I hunt and fish alone, how I survive in difficult conditions in the Taiga, on the river and the sea coast of the Laptev Sea. The channel will show food and methods of its preparation, homemade homemade blueberry wine with the addition of fresh tincture of fresh Golden Root (Pink Rhodiola), collected over the Arctic Circle on my private plantation in natural habitat, where its strength reaches the limit, unlike more southern gathering places. You will see the process of hunting in one for the Elk, Reindeer, Bear and Wolf, Hare of the middle band and polar Hare, Grouse and Grouse, Partridge and Duck, Goose. You will see fishing with a fishing rod and a fishing rod.
