Alan & Sherree Trammell

We are a husband and wife real estate team based out of Pace, FL. The USMC brought our family to Northwest Florida many years ago and we love it. This is where we have chosen to raise our three children and we think you will find the area offers everything growing families need. While Alan was active duty we started investing in real estate. We were so familiar with the local market when Alan left Active Duty from NAS Pensacola that we decided to make real estate our full-time profession. If you are looking for a home because you love Florida like our family or looking to take advantage of the affordable investment properties in this area we want to help you.

Our Mission
We know how emotional and sometimes frustrating buying or selling a home can be but we sincerely want to help others make this an enjoyable experience. Contact us and see if we can help put you at ease regarding your Florida move.
