Agent Referrals International - WeParkLicenses

Stepping back from selling real estate? Your real estate license doesn't have to just lapse—you have options.

I'm Traci, and I've run Agent Referrals International (ARI) for 20 years, helping real estate agents park their real estate license, keeping it safe and active, earning referral income.

On this channel, you'll find:
✅ What happens when you stop selling real estate (and what most agents don't know about their options)
✅ How to earn referral commissions from your network — even when you're not actively selling and you don't belong to the real estate board
✅ Straight answers about compliance, license reinstatement, and staying active the smart way

Whether you're retiring, semi-retiring, or just done with 11pm phone calls — you earned that license, let it keep working for you.
