Afterwrk Vending Co.

Afterwrk Vending Co. places and operates age-verified nicotine vending machines in Albuquerque venues that are restricted to guests 21 and over at all times — bars, nightclubs, lounges and private clubs.

We are the tobacco retailer. Afterwrk holds the New Mexico retailer license for each location, owns the machine and the stock, and handles installation, restocking, servicing and remote monitoring. The venue leases us the wall space and is paid rent for it. No venue staff sells, stocks, checks ID for the machine or handles cash.

Every transaction is age-verified at the machine by a government-issued ID scanner.

Eligibility is decided address by address. Federal rules restrict tobacco-product vending to facilities where nobody under 21 is permitted to enter at any time, so a venue that is 21 and over only in the evening does not qualify.

Serving Albuquerque, and the rest of New Mexico by address.
