Advancing With Amy / Mental Health Warrior

We discuss mental health, neurodiversity & everything in between!  We are a safe community for people to relax and find some support.  We talk with people who have lived experience with mental health diagnoses, are neurodiverse or have loved ones who are.  We also talk to professionals who work with them and offer help for them.
