Hi I'm Adele and I'm experimenting with all things weight loss in an attempt to lose 100 lbs and hit my target weight.  More recently I’ve been adding in a bit of Lifestyle content too because let’s face it, weight loss doesn’t happen on its own 😉. With that being said, the focus is still very much on Healthy Weight Loss, so….
