Abyssinian wildlife | The Roof of Africa Undiscovered
Welcome to the definitive digital archive of Ethiopia’s untamed wilderness.
Ethiopia possesses one of the most structurally diverse, evolutionary isolated topographies on the planet. Spanning from the sub-sea level, volcanic furnace of the Danakil Depression to the freezing, jagged heights of the Afroalpine massifs peaking at over 4,500 meters, this isolated land has bred an evolutionary playground found nowhere else on Earth.
Our mission is to document this secret Eden with high-end, cinematic precision. From tracking elusive apex predators to studying highly specific behavioral adaptations of endemic species, we bring you premium natural history content straight from the heart of the Horn of Africa.
