Over the 25+ years, I’ve sat across the table from Entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business leaders addressing the biggest issues they face in an increasingly competitive landscape. During the same period, I’ve worked tirelessly to extend the hand of opportunity to those searching for different path to their American Dream nurturing them as intra-preneurs within my organization. I have remained innovative continuously experimenting and teaching them the finer points of sales and other-centered leadership in an ever-changing marketplace. These collective experiences, and my desire to socialize the teachable moments within them lead to this channel. My hope is that in some small way that the lessons taught herein may help those that pay close attention pursue their passion and contribute to the world as God intended. Though I have no delusion of eradicating all peril for those brave enough to endeavor as entrepreneurs, I hope to mitigate some of that hardships along the way
