Activity and Health for All by Dr Suz Squad

AHA is a clinically-informed movement system designed for real bodies in the real world. We build fatigue-safe, injury-aware, and performance-ready programs that scale across coaching, group fitness, rehab, and recovery.

Led by Dr. Susan Baxter (PhD, Physiotherapy), AHA bridges the gap between exercise science, post-viral fatigue protocols, and coaching systems that actually work—especially when the nervous system is compromised or energy is unreliable.

We serve:
	•	Clients recovering from injury, illness, long COVID, menopause, or chronic fatigue
	•	Coaches and instructors seeking intelligent programming tools with longevity in mind
	•	Clinics, studios, and franchises ready to embed fatigue-safe systems & high-retention class models

The AHA Method is grounded in:
✔️ Movement hygiene and biomechanics
✔️ Fatigue and pacing science
✔️ Breath, recovery, and nervous system regulation
✔️ Communication frameworks and client retention
✔️ Integration with recovery medicine
