The last edition of Across the Lake was hailed by viewers as a cultural revelation of the Balkans and the Mediterranean. This year, we aim to cement our place among Macedonia’s premier summer events, while the enthusiastic response across the region motivates us to transform Dojran into a leading cultural and tourist destination here. With the support of the Municipality of Dojran, we believe our vision will become a cinematic fairy tale.
Our festival program remains a collaborative conceptual, organizational, and financial initiative between Dojran’s city authorities and our team, guaranteeing Dojran’s success, growth, and evolution as a singular cinematic, artistic, and touristic experience. This year, the festival zone spans the city amphitheater and adjacent children’s playground–established film oases that promise unforgettable moments for all attendees.
