A Camper's Heart

Welcome to my channel! Join me as I adventure into the woods, the wilds, the Northern lakes, camping and cooking over open fires. For the better part of my life I've worked in overstressed restaurants as a Chef and owner who now realizes the importance of recharging the batteries and enjoying the short time we have been gifted to explore all this beautiful world has to offer.
