The Aviation Youth Mentorship Program (AYMP) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit committed to involving, inspiring, and exposing underserved youth through the power of STEM & Aviation.  We serve students and teachers by providing mentorship and opportunities. Our mission is to innovate youth aviation education.
