Academia Sinica Grid-computing Center (ASGC) 

Founded on resources from the Academia Sinica Grid Computing Centre’s (ASGC) participation in Worldwide Grid R&D since 2005, this Center leverages international collaborations to introduce stable distributed cloud technologies. We maintain medium-scale big data storage and analysis resources alongside a core R&D team.

As research demands and technologies evolve, we steadily upgrade our capacity. Functioning as a dedicated big data support group, the facility enhances research efficiency tailored to specific needs. We aim to maximize resource integration, share R&D achievements, establish independent cloud-supported big data capabilities, and foster a scientific computing ecosystem. Concurrently, by combining user-pay mechanisms with research resources, we are building an evolving and sustainable operational model.
