ARCISTAR BIO ENERGY

Arcistar Bio Energy is India’s First Modular, Site-Assembled CBG Plant Manufacturer, bringing Finnish-patented Plug Flow technology to India through local manufacturing and execution.

A joint venture between Infistar Renewables (India) and Arciplug Oy (Finland), Arcistar combines Finnish engineering with Indian manufacturing and project execution.

We design and manufacture 100% factory-made modular Plug Flow CBG reactor systems for decentralized and small-scale CBG projects. Our technology is designed to handle diverse organic waste streams, with 140+ feedstocks tested, high-solids capability and significantly lower water and energy requirements. With a factory-built, site-assembled approach, Arcistar targets assembly and commissioning in approximately 4–5 months, subject to site readiness and project conditions.
From feedstock assessment to CBG compression, we handle the whole build.
