Alex & Max | Two Brothers Developing London

We're Alex and Max. Two brothers. One mission: build a London property development business from the ground up.

We started AP Property in 2020 during a pandemic, with no head start and no handouts. Since then we've raised over £2m in JV capital and delivered projects across the capital.

Our model is simple. Buy overlooked properties. See what they could be. Sell homes people are proud to live in.

Alex is a surveyor. Max runs due diligence and the sites. Between us, nothing gets missed.

This channel is the unfiltered version. The deals, the decisions, the setbacks, the wins. London property is brutal, exciting, and relentless.

We want you to see exactly what that looks like.
