AK Magnolia Yoga

I believe yoga is one of the best tools to help people feel more confident and comfortable within their bodies and minds. Personally, yoga has not only transformed my mobility and strength, but also led me to find more peace, gratitude and love for myself, others, and a power bigger than me. I am 250RYT certified and have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. In addition, I have completed trainings in yin yoga, breath work and Chair Yoga for the Mature Body. My teaching blends asanas, pranayama, and mediation in a vinyasa style class. I strive to inspire gratitude within each student for all they are capable of, and to create a safe, peaceful and accessible space.
