AIESL was an Engineering Arm of pre-disinvested Air India. With MRO Expertise spanning more than 60 years, it is currently owned by the Government of India.
Facilities include Hangar, Line & Base Maintenance, Engine Overhaul, Avionics Accessories & Components Shops, Structural Repairs, Cabin & Seat Repair Facility, Landing Gear, Engineering Support Service and many other specialized services. 
AI Engineering Services Ltd. is the biggest & oldest DGCA approved MRO in India that serves as a one-stop-shop for engineering requirements with pan India footprint. AIESL has 13 hangars in India, at Base Stations located in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata, Nagpur, Chennai. The state of the art facilities at DEL, BOM, NAG and TRV are FAA approved and houses world class engineers. It has FAA/EASA capabilities for its engine shops and few component shops.
