AICI Kathak Lab — Dance as a Life Skill for the AI Era

In an era run by screens and algorithms, the body needs coordination, discipline, and focus more than ever — and that only comes from real, embodied practice. At AICI Kathak Lab, Kathak isn't taught as a performance skill. It's taught as a life skill.

Our methodology is built for how people actually live today — busy schedules, limited time — so Kathak becomes a lifestyle practice, not another item on the calendar. Whether you're 5 or 55, we teach body-first, using observation and demonstration (no physical correction), building technique that transfers into any dance form.

On this channel: technique breakdowns, footwork and rhythm training, Kathak terms explained simply, class highlights, and guidance for parents on dance education in the digital age.
