I believe in the power of sharing our stories and the importance of feeling heard and seen in our moments of pain. Running from grief is a natural instinct. We are wired to avoid pain and seek paths of least resistance. But grief, in its insistence, always finds us, sometimes when we least expect it. In these moments, we realize that grief cannot be outrun. It demands to be felt, processed, and integrated into our lives.
