AEC Global Search Consultants

AEC Global Search Consultants is a retained executive search firm delivering confidential, culture-forward leadership placements for firms navigating growth, succession, and transformation. With four decades of expertise, we place transformative Principals, Partners, and C-suite executives deeply aligned with your firm's culture, mission, and vision across AEC, technology, real estate, and professional services.

Our differentiator? Empathy. We study leadership psychology and build high-trust relationships to find the human behind the resume, because when discretion and cultural fit are non-negotiable, our clients know who to call.

We don't just change careers. We change lives, and the trajectory of firms ready for next-level leadership.
