A Dash of Kindness

Welcome to A Dash of Kindness!

A Dash of Kindness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to teaching children and families practical cooking, nutrition, food safety, and healthy living skills.

Through cooking education and the development of our HEARD Program, we aim to help children build confidence, learn practical life skills, make nutritious choices, become resourceful in the kitchen, and strengthen their connection with family and community.

Follow our channel for cooking and nutrition education, recipes, food-safety tips, program updates, community activities, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support our mission.
