ACT Your Way to the Life You Love

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have extensive experience practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the treatment of OCD and Anxiety, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) in the treatment of trauma. In an effort to make these concepts more accessible, I have created videos articulating these modalities and their perspectives, as well as mindfulness activities to help us embrace our full human experience to facilitate leading a more meaningful life!
