I am an 80+-year-old Powerlifter. Follow me on my journey as I train for Powerlifting meets. At times I will do videos showing me doing bodybuilding routines. Bodybuilding exercises keep me from losing muscle mass in areas that get neglected by just doing the three major compound lifts used in Powerlifting.
