Hi there! We are Matthew Green and Chantal Dawtrey, founders of 5th Place. We are emotional fitness experts, coaches and wellbeing advocates. 

Our emotions underpin so much of who we are, what we do and how we show up: they drive behaviour, impact our relationships, and influence our health and yet, very few of us have been taught how to appropriately express, manage and regulate our emotions.
