50% for the Future

50% for the Future is an RAEng-Diversity Impact Programme funded initiative, led by Dr Jennifer Thompson in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Swansea University.  It is a longitudinal-study focused on developing an iterative and collaborative process to improve percentage representation and experience of females studying Mechanical Engineering at HE-Level. It has used a data-driven approach to develop and test effective Outreach interventions and create a stronger, more supported community of female Mechanical Engineering students.
