50 FIT TV

I started this channel at the age of 49, because I wanted to not only get in shape but stay in shape for my 12y/o son who had recently lost his mother in January 2020, he was 11y/o at the time. I have always been inconsistently active throughout my life participating in recreations such as Basketball, Football, Baseball, Boxing, Mix Martial Arts & of course the Gym. While I did achieve the outcomes that I set out for none of the aforementioned kept my attention for more than a few years each at best. What has motivated me however is my responsibility not only as a Father to my 12y/o, but also to my two older kids from a previous relationship. Please understand that I am not claiming to be a fitness expert of any sort, but what I am willing to do is welcome you into my world whilst I journey down this road to Fitness. My hope is that the episodes on this program will ignite a fire in you also to get into the best shape of your life and stay there! Peace Love Health & Blessings!!!
