My goal is simple. To bring clarity to strength and conditioning, speed development, and performance training so athletes can build the foundation for long, healthy, and successful careers in sport.

On this channel you will find content on speed mechanics, strength training, movement development, Olympic lifting, and the principles that drive real athletic progress. I also discuss topics like early specialization, youth sports culture, injury prevention, and how to train in a way that supports long term development instead of chasing short term results.

My coaching background includes working with athletes from middle school through the professional level across multiple sports. I played collegiate baseball as a pitcher at the University of Alabama Huntsville and later worked in the collegiate strength and conditioning setting, including time at UCLA. Today I run 48 Performance, where I help athletes and teams develop the physical qualities that support high level performance.
