3 Jewels Sangha | Meditation Community

Welcome to 3 Jewels Sangha, a virtual Buddhist meditation community inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh & the Plum Village tradition.

We practice together through guided meditation, mindful breathing, Dharma teachings, and open Dharma sharing. Our practice is rooted in the belief that we don't have to face life's difficulties alone.

Here you'll find guided meditations and Dharma reflections exploring the things we all experience… fear, anxiety, grief, loneliness, uncertainty, difficult emotions, compassion, impermanence, & relationship issues.

But we're more than a meditation channel. We're a sangha… a community where we can practice, share honestly, listen without judgment, and experience belonging and connection.

3 Jewels meets virtually each Tuesday morning for meditation, Dharma teaching, & Dharma sharing. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you're welcome.
