The Article 27 Music Project was launched by human rights activist Corinne D. Sullivan, at home in Oregon, in 2019. The project is dedicated to informational presentations about the lack of human rights protection for songwriters, musicians and performers. The project was inspired by the 27th human right of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as outstanding humanitarian songwriters of the decades such as Melanie Safka and Taylor Swift.
