Garden Therapy with First Ave Farm

Linger in the garden with us for some peace, reflection, and creative dreaming using the journal prompts from 1st Ave Farm's Garden Therapy Journal (Published 2023 and available on Amazon).

My name is Becky Martinez, and I am the founder and owner of 1st Ave Farm, a small, urban farm located in Denver, Colorado.  I am not a licensed therapist; however, I have been and continue to navigate my own mental health challenges and have found tremendously helpful therapy through gardening.  Since 2013, our home has grown into a bountiful urban farm that has offered our family an abundance of nourishing harvests.  And while I am incredibly grateful for these physical harvests, it is the additional peace, healing, and space for reflection and creative dreaming brought by our garden for which I have the most gratitude.
