Welcome everyone! My name is Debra and I'm an incomplete quadriplegic from a traumatic C3-C5 spinal injury fall in 2013. Join my journey as I navigate through my life journey of struggles and challenges alongside my family. You will enjoy the various shenanigans from my sister/caregiver and her autistic son. They often surprise me with unrehearsed hilarious conversations because they want to fill my life with enjoyable laughter.

I sincerely hope that people suffering from all sorts of disabilities will find hope, courage and encouragement.
