Welcome to my Channel. Years ago I volunteered to record a meditation for my local 12-step meeting and through the process discovered that I loved recording them. Over the years, as I continued to get requests for more, they have become a great source of joy. A quiet, prayerful place to just be. I am excited to share them with you and hope they serve as a well of hope in your quiet, alone time as well.
