RiversZen with Dave and Peggy Stevens

We want to keep participating in life.

Moving well and staying healthy help make that possible, but they're not the whole story.

I'm Dave Stevens, founder of RiversZen. Here you'll find movement and yoga, thoughts on health and aging, conversations about food and habits, and my unscripted Driving with Dave rambles about whatever has me thinking that day.

Sometimes that's health. Sometimes it's relationships, nature, getting older, something that happened in class, or simply something I noticed along the way.

Peggy, Kim and I have spent years helping people become stronger, move better, and stay capable of doing the things they love.

That's what RiversZen is really about. Keep moving. Stay curious. And keep saying yes to life.
