The Healing Circle With Lauren Gale

Hello, My name is Lauren Gale. Meditation, prayer and affirmations have changed my life. I’ve been on a healing journey that has accelerated in the last couple of years due to an injury.

I believe we are all mind, body and spirit and I’ve realized that you have to nourish and nurture each and every part of you to thrive and grow.

From meditations to prayers and affirmations; in this channel I will share my own healing journey and tools I use on a regular basis as well as insights that I’ve learned and have helped me and others on my own healing journey. 

Your mind is like a muscle and either you work your mind or your mind will work you.
